Immediate Action that Greatly Reduces Total Annual Greenhouse Gas Additions From Human Activity to the Atmosphere Is Needed NOW!  Here’s my suggestion:

The government should pay (annual sum at the end of a year) to individual and families who pollute THE LEAST (or not at all) during that year. Generally speaking, those are the individuals who drive and fly the FEWEST miles on an annual basis (or not at all); and those households who use the LEAST amount of energy derived from fossil fuel burning, on an annual basis.

I will be updating that page to give higher amounts than the sums listed there due to the urgency of reducing the threat of faster warming, which will increase the already huge cost of current and future global warming related environmental destruction of our planet.
